Terms of Trade - KIS provides flexible terms of trade. Invoices will be sent as agreed between parties on commencing a service contract e.g. weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, six monthly, annually or at the completion of a "special' Project.
Payment is due 7 days from date of invoice.
Websites will be charged on completion. Non payment upon completion may result in web pages being removed from the clients server.
Administration:
Virtual Administration charged at an hourly rate of $40.00 per hour.
On-Site Administration charged at an hourly rate of $40.00 per hour, plus mileage costs at 0.70c per km.
There is no minimum charge. If your job takes 10 minutes to complete you will be charged for 10 minutes.
MYOB Client File if you require a financial accounting and you dont have accounting software we we can set this up using MYOB on our system. There is a one off set up fee of $75.00
"One-Off" Project work:
Will be priced according to job requirements on a "job by job' basis. If you would like a quote please submit an enquiry via our Contact Us form.
Websites:
$450.00 - Start Up Package includes 3 html static web pages. Any additional html web pages $50.00 each. Websites requiring a gallery web page add an additional $50.00. Note these prices do not include web hosting costs.
Web site Maintenance:
Charged at an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour.

Pay only for "Time on Job " so if your project/task takes us 35 minutes, you will be invoiced for 35 minutes, not one hour. With a VA you pay only for time worked.
